What is Laughter Therapy and how can it help us be better parents?

I’m thrilled to share with you my interview with Sharon Miller, the owner of Joyworks! Joyworks is the first laughter club in Scotland. Sharon practices laughter therapy and laughter yoga.

Sharon has worked with parents, children, and troubled youths. She has also worked with children who have ADHD, autism, and anxiety. Her mission is to help people cultivate joy and laughter to have stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives.
