It’s a situation in which many of us find ourselves. Your partner or ex-partner may not even be a narcissist, but perhaps exhibits toxic traits. You are worried about how your children are affected, especially when you are not physically present.
However, there is HELP. As we learn more about childhood development and attachment, we realize how much power we parents have and how much we can do to help our kids.
Consistent with the recent theme of narcissistic abuse recovery on my YouTube channel (see the playlist here), I am thrilled to share with you my interview with Nisanka W., narcissistic abuse survivor, Mom, parenting coach, and EFT practitioner. She helps parents protect their relationship with their children and their own sanity.
In this video we tackle:
*How becoming a parent magnifies your need for recovery
*How to emotionally regulate and WHY you must do so for your kids
*The ANTIDOTE you can give your children to deprogram them from narcissistic abuse

Nisanka is hosting a workshop on 11/1 on this very topic. Join the workshop here! You won’t want to miss it.
